As a Sparkle member, you would be playing a crucial role in helping us continue our services to those who need it most. To maintain our operations, we need to raise in excess of £700,000 each year. Your membership directly impacts our ability to secure these essential funds, ensuring that we can continue to provide our vital services to families and individuals who rely on us.

  • Non-Refundable Payments: Membership payments are non-refundable.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time.
  • Application Discretion: Sparkle reserves the right to accept or decline any membership application.
  • Minimum Fee: The minimum membership fee is £12 per month.
  • Additional Contributions: Members can contribute more than the minimum fee; however, no additional benefits will be applied for higher contributions.
  • Exclusive Benefits: Some benefits, such as Sparkle family-restricted events, are reserved exclusively for Sparkle family members.
  • Privacy Commitment: We are committed to protecting your privacy. Your personal information will be used solely for membership management and communication purposes.
  • Accurate Information: Members are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date contact information.
  • Event Guidelines: Members must comply with all event guidelines and respect the community environment.

Cancellation and Termination:

Sparkle is not liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in membership activities or events, except where caused by our negligence or misconduct.
